Reading Myself

No words come to me.
My thoughts have no sentences.
My feelings melt in you O god.

How long I will meet you
as if you are only my shadow
in the water of the well.

Do I catch myself
in the dark, when only wind
is kissing, before I light the lamp?

Error was Mine

When you plant the
crimes, the song of stone reaches
ripeness. The blood seeds come.

Why is aging destroying
everything? Mushrooms are saddened.
The fumes are rising again.

A cancerous lesion was
yours in burning days. The skin
is changing color. You have to explain.

Are we Pygmies

Let us talk. Pen
for pen, eye for eye, enchanting
the words. A Buddhist angle will help.

The disengagement
gives peace. Like Pine nuts. We
would not think of separation.

We play in and out
singing for glowing in night.
assuring from the broken magic.

You take away my Venom

After the broken
heart there were imprints of the kisses
on the ruins of love.

On a dark day I
counted the spots. You had
edge being in standing water.

No room left to dig in
any dead poem. The undiluted
pain starts boiling.

In Hurling Light

I will speak less
when words exhaust to find
the meaning of life.

Break a heart to droop
the pride of a climbing pink
rose on the white wall.

What was left in
my brown eyes to see a river
weeping in the desert.

Who Hanged Himself

Impeccable. Your
body is not your own. You work
with me to find the soul in place.

In unconsciousness
dark voices become music. What
have you left behind in your heart?

How not to grieve?
I am searching for light in the garden
of dying love, in the hands of the moon.

Where the Night Ends Not

No reason to sleep
without eyes shut. A candle walks
to measure the contours of the moon.

The pink eyes of flames
start firing on the water
to spark the poetry of the deacon.

We will come back
to the burning ghat to bow down and
the urgency of going home.
